As a result of the 2020 Corona Virus outbreak the UK motor trade was forced to close its doors to the general public from December 2020 until April 2021. During this period it was made the law in the UK that cars could only be supplied for sale on a click & collect or click & deliver basis while in lockdown. During this time we saw a huge increase in people wanting to buy a car in this way. As a result we are going to continue to supply cars in a fully online contactless service which will include a 14 day money back guarantee to give you the confidence and flexibility in buying a car from us.

 The way it works is very simple, having either spotted one of our cars for sale online or stumbled across one here on my website, you will have had the chance to view photos and read about the car. The descriptions are all detailed and covers information about the service history and specification. If you like what you see and would like to proceed further with your click & collect purchase this is when we will send you a video of the car you are interested in. All videos are sent by "what's app" application to your mobile device. You will receive two videos one outside & one inside.

If you are happy having watched the videos we will then send you a copy of the "distance selling contract" which is effectively the 14 day money back guarantee contract. Upon reading and confirming you are happy with the contract a £250 holding fee is due by bank transfer to reserve the car from being sold.

Should there be any issues, problems, further questions or "last minute nerves" having watched the videos we are here to discuss or even go back through the process. This can be done over the phone or by email to give you 100% reassurance. This is a brand new way of buying a second hand car and we fully understand that some people may find it a bit daunting. We are here to help in any way we can.

The outstanding balance does not need to be paid until the day before either collection/delivery. Should you choose to have the car delivered we will provide you with a quotation. Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of either of our locations but chargeable beyond that.

 If at any point during the 14 days of initially owning your new car you feel unhappy, you may return it for a full refund (t&c,s apply). No arguments, no quibbles, you do not even need to give us a reason. Its really that simple. All we ask is the car is returned in the clean & tidy way as it was supplied to you. If buying a car like this is not for for you, do not worry we still offer the "old fashioned" way where you can come and meet us to see the cars we have for sale in person. Unfortunately though by visiting us in person and test driving the car this type of sale does not include the 14 day money back guarantee.  However you still have all your normal consumer rights that protect both yourself and us.
